Biscuits

My next baking attempt was biscuits. I am an avid follower of the amazing Total Basset Case, where I saw a recipe for Sugar Cookies.

I made my own changes to the recipe, replacing the bourbon vanilla with vanilla extract and spiced mead (2 teaspoons of spiced mead and a few drops of vanilla extract). This resulted in some rather delicious cookies that went down very well at the Bioshock birthday party we held for my housemate that week.
